How we work: a federal bid in four steps.
This is how a federal bid runs when we work on it, from the decision to bid through the records you keep after award. Every step has an owner and ends with a document.
The process
Four steps, each with an owner.
Each step links to the service behind it. Our AI work follows the same order: review first, tools second.
Decide whether to bid
We set the buyer's requirement against what your company can document: capability, eligibility, capacity, and limits. The decision to bid or walk away is written down, with reasons.
Agree the team
Before writing starts, we record which company supplies each qualification, each proposal input, and each piece of the delivery.
Build the response
The instructions and scoring factors in the RFP drive the proposal writing, the compliance checks, the reviews, and the approvals, through to a frozen final package.
Track the award
If you win, we track the obligations, deliverables, milestones, modifications, reports, and closeout records with you.
See it on paper
What step one looks like on paper.
A sample bid decision brief shows what step one produces. The checklist behind it lets your team run the same review on its own opportunity.
What we publish
No client result appears here without proof.
When we publish client work, it will say what the problem was, what we did, what the client and its partners did, and a result the client has approved for publication. We do not infer awards, contract values, or certifications. Our public information policies describe the review each claim goes through.
