Terms of Service
Last updated: February 25, 2026
The Short Version
You can use tyr-x.com and VANGUARD for their intended purpose. Don't attack our infrastructure, don't reverse-engineer our products, don't use our content without permission. We provide security visibility — not security guarantees.
Using the Website
By using tyr-x.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or probe the site without permission
- Transmit malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Reverse-engineer our products
- Interfere with the site's operation
We take these seriously. We're a security company.
VANGUARD Scenarios
Scenarios are simulations. They show you what can go wrong with AI agents in controlled environments. They are educational — not a comprehensive security audit of your specific systems.
VANGUARD never touches your live systems. At any tier. At any price point. Everything runs on simulated environments with no connection to your production infrastructure unless you explicitly configure access through our paid products.
Scenario results should inform your security decisions. They should not be your only security decision.
What We Own
Everything on this site — the content, the design, the code, the TYR-X name, the VANGUARD name, the Vulnerability Signature Framework — belongs to TYR-X. You can't reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.
What You Submit
When you send us a message, join a waitlist, or provide feedback, you give us permission to use that content for the purpose you submitted it. We won't publish your submissions without asking.
No Warranties
The site and all services are provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that VANGUARD will catch every vulnerability. Security is a continuous practice, not a checkbox.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TYR-X is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you've paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. If you keep using the site after a change, you've accepted it.
