TYR-X's documentation assistant is an AI assistant for freight forwarders that prepares shipping documents from information already in the job file — draft bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipper's letters of instruction — for a person to check, correct and issue. It fills from the file, flags what is missing and never files anything. It is scoped and not yet running.
What does the assistant do?
Reads the job file. Fills your document templates. Flags missing or inconsistent fields. Queues drafts for review.
What stays with your people?
Checking. Issuing. Anything regulatory or customs-related.
What does it need from you?
Job file location. Your templates. The person who issues documents.
What does the weekly packet contain?
Documents drafted, fields flagged, documents blocked and why.
What it does not do
- It does not file with customs or carriers.
- It does not give customs advice.
- It does not connect to your TMS.
