TYR-X's rate-management assistant is an AI assistant for freight forwarders that keeps carrier and vendor rates current and findable: it reads incoming rate sheets in whatever format they arrive, records validity, flags expiries and gaps before they cost a quote, and answers a rate lookup with the source document beside the figure. It is scoped and not yet running; status changes here when it does.
What does the assistant do?
Reads rate sheets and contracts as they arrive. Records lane, mode, validity, surcharges and conditions in one findable place. Flags rates expiring within a set window and lanes with no valid rate. Answers lookups with the source.
What stays with your people?
Negotiating rates. Choosing carriers. Deciding what to quote.
What does it need from you?
Where rate sheets arrive. Your lanes and modes. The person who owns rates.
What does the weekly packet contain?
Rates updated, rates expiring, lanes with gaps, sheets that could not be read and why.
What it does not do
- It does not negotiate, does not connect to carrier portals and does not connect to your TMS.
