Research guide
Qualify logistics transportation and supply-chain pursuits
Align buyer requirements with an operator's network, capacity, and controls.

Map the service
Distinguish transportation, warehousing, supply-chain coordination, and port operations. Capture locations, volumes, service windows, handling needs, reporting, insurance, and subcontracting constraints.
Validate operational capacity
The performing operator should confirm facilities, network coverage, equipment, personnel, licenses where needed, and continuity plans. TYR-X can coordinate the pursuit and response, but does not present itself as the carrier or warehouse operator.
Plan after award
Put deliverables, key dates, changes, reporting, and escalation owners into a shared register. Keep commercial and operational ownership clear from proposal through closeout.
