Building and running workflows

When you want it built, we set up the agreed workflow in your systems and can run it for you. A person stays in the approval path, every output shows its source, and what was done is logged. The decisions and the results stay yours.

What you get

  • A defined workflow: inputs, outputs, review steps, and acceptance criteria
  • Setup inside your systems and data boundaries
  • Ongoing operation with reporting and a change process, where agreed

Ground rules

Five rules on every engagement.

  • A person reviews every source, approves every decision, and owns what goes out. AI output is never passed off as proof of delivery.
  • Advice before tools. We recommend a change only when the review supports it.
  • Your data stays inside the boundaries you set. We write down where it goes and who can see it.
  • No lock-in by default. Tools are chosen against your requirements and can be changed.
  • Measured results. Every change gets a baseline, a target, and a review date.
